Shipping costs

Free shipping on all card only sales within UK

All orders below £20 are subject to a £2.50 shipping fee.

All orders between £20 and £70 are subject to a £4.95 shipping fee.

Free shipping is offered on all UK orders over £70.

Overseas orders are charged at a flat rate of £10 for Europe and £15 worldwide.

I aim to send all orders out within 5 working days of receipt. However occasionally it can take me a little bit longer. If you need your order quickly then let me know and I’ll do my best to get it to you on time.

Duty and customs

Please be aware of the Customs procedures and regulations for your individual country – there may be an import duty to pay on goods purchased.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email me at info@jennigudgeon.co.uk

You can return all unused purchases within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.

I cannot refund the postage other than for faulty goods and a refund will not be issued until the item has been received by me.

Any items used or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded or exchanged.
